How to make a catchy melody using a piano technique called “rythm recycling”

First: Take a catchy melody that you know and play it on your keyboard.

The next thing you want to do is to sing the chord that you start on. Now we’ll take the rythm of the Harry Potter melody. Now singing we’ll create a melody.
